What to expect in 21 days?
Progress: You'll notice improvements in your skills as you dedicate time to practice.
Frustration: There may be moments of frustration; persevere and remember, Empowerment Self-Defense, like yoga, is a practice not perfection. Keep the momentum! You can do it!
Plateaus: Improvement may be fluctuating; expect periods of slower progress. It's normal to experience muscle soreness, especially if trying new movements. Drink lots of water
Achievements: Celebrate your successes and milestones along the way. Be patient with yourself and cherish small victories. Deep breaths.
