Tasha Church—Iyémote, Strives for Empowerment of the Stó:lō Nation—brings over 26 years of lived experience and practice in empowerment, self-healing, and holistic well-being. Her work bridges personal development with grounded, real-world tools that support people in reconnecting with their inner strength, restoring balance, and moving through life with clarity and confidence.
Drawing from a wide range of healing modalities—including mindfulness, nervous-system awareness, positive psychology, and nutrition—Tasha’s approach is integrative, practical, and deeply human. As a certified life coach and long-time practitioner, she is known for guiding others in ways that feel supportive, accessible, and empowering rather than prescriptive.
